Neofrakt® is a product of Spronken Orthopedie N.V.  The principle of the Neofrakt®-system is the combination of polyurethane rigid foam as a splint, and the elastic stocking as bandage surface.  The polyurethane rigid foam Neofrakt® employs, was developed especially for medical purposes.  The Neofrakt® bandage is applied in soft condition.  It hardens on the body and is easy to modify.  The surface of the Neofrakt® bandage makes an extra stockinette  superfluous.  Neofrakt® is not only for simple splints and cylinder bandages.  It is also very suitable for complicated temporary orthopaedic applications.
