3.How to determine the required quantity of polyurethane?

The polyurethane foam is supplied in the following quantities:
P150, P300, P450, P600, P800, P1000, P1250, P1500, P2000.

The required quantity of polyurethane is first of all determined by the model of the used textile, and secondly by the size of the model. The required quantity is always indicated on the leaflet which is enclosed with every textile.  In the cans with blue cap, you will find the rigid foam; in the cans with the green cap, you will find de soft (semi-rigid) polyurethane.

Each textile is separately packed in a transparent plastic bag, together with this leaflet. The size of the textile is marked on the leaflet when it is packed and the table then shows you the recommended polyurethane for this size.  Textiles can be ordered a piece or per box.  The number of textiles per box is indicated in the product catalogue and on the leaflet.  A leaflet is put on every box to show its content. Store and use Neofrakt® at room temperature (15 – 25 ° C)
